Digital delivery
Grade 3 Reading Lab is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, the purchasing browser receives immediate protected access to the full-color and low-ink PDF editions.
Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email provided during checkout. The receipt is not the product itself. If the download page does not unlock, email support@lessonorchard.com with the receipt email and approximate purchase time.
Five-day fit guarantee
You may request a refund within five calendar days of purchase if the resource is not a fit for your classroom. Send the request from the email used at checkout to support@lessonorchard.com and include your Stripe receipt or order details.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit appears after Stripe processes it. Duplicate charges, inaccessible files, or incorrect charges should be reported promptly so they can be investigated.
Returns and cancellations
Because this is an immediately delivered digital download, there is nothing physical to return. The purchase is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, so there are no recurring charges to cancel. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
