These terms apply when you buy or use a Lesson Orchard digital resource.

The product
Grade 3 Reading Lab is an immediately delivered digital curriculum resource. The purchase includes the advertised full-color and low-ink PDFs. It does not include editable source files, a physical book, or a subscription.
License
A purchase grants one individual educator a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource with that educator's own students, including making classroom copies for those students. School-wide, district-wide, shared-drive, resale, redistribution, public posting, and file-sharing use require separate written permission.
Payment and access
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is provided after successful payment verification and is protected against reusable public links. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and contact information and for keeping downloaded files secure.
Educational use
The resource is supplemental instructional material, not a replacement for professional judgment or a complete ELA, phonics, spelling, grammar, or foundational-skills program. Standards and local requirements vary; the purchaser is responsible for determining suitability for their students and jurisdiction.
Refunds and availability
Refund and delivery terms are described in the Refund & Delivery Policy. We may make reasonable technical, security, or accessibility changes to the storefront while preserving access to valid purchases.
